IBDA INC., USA was founded in 1994 with the goal of helping companies expand their global reach and increase their business development opportunities. Branch and Subsidiary operations were opened in the Czech Republic in 1995. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reputable and reliable consulting firm, working with clients from a variety of industries and countries. • Founding of IBDA INC. (1994): The company was founded by Brian S. Piper, LinkedIn supported by a group of experienced business professionals (Associates) with a focus on international trade and development, consultancy and raising funding.
• Expansion into new markets, various projects ranging from: 
• Setting up operations in the USA for a Czech textile machine producer. 
• Bringing a proposed Wizard of OZ theme park to Niagara Falls, NY raised $500,000 in seed capital. 
• Advising the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and, working as an Advisor for a USAID contractor to establish a new Trade Association.  
• Launching an apparel brand in India - Loops & Knots
• IBDA expands in the Healthcare Sector:
• GMMI - Cost Containment & Cross Border Healthcare.
• Integra Global - Managing General Administrator MGA Heading Global Business Development. 
• AOC Insurance Broker/Think Insurtech - with the launch of a SaaS platform and plan comparator for PMI & IPMI; and soon to launch a MGU - for an IPMI plan ThinkCare.
• For the last 18 years IBDA has cultivated a strong core competency in Healthcare Sector looking to enter new international markets. This helped the company grow its client base and establish a global presence.
